How far in advance can I book the Theatre with Discounted Rates?
Teacher Recitals (Monday-Thursday): 12 months
Teacher Recitals Full Day (Friday-Sunday) : 6 months
Teacher Recitals Half Day (Friday-Sunday): 3 months
Generally, bookings are open to the General Public 18 months in advance.
If you wish to book outside the above guidelines, standard rates apply.
These rates are exclusive for Studio Teachers to hold FREE student recitals.

These rates apply to FREE, non-ticketed events. For ticketed events, standard rates apply.
Front-of-House, Stage Management are Renter’s responsibility.
Want to add livestreaming, advanced lighting and/or an audio engineer? We can do that!
Technical Services start at $40/hr per technician.
Your recital package includes a total rental time, to be used however you’d like:
pre-show setup/decoration
arrival of guests & recital
post-concert reception/teardown
