Wheelchair Seating Arrangements
The Polaris Centre is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps available at the main entrance.
A portable wheelchair lift is available for access to the stage. Use of the lift must be requested by the organizer prior to tickets going on sale, as it will necessitate the removal of approximately 6 seats in the front right area.
An elevator to access the office suite is available backstage.
Wheelchair seating may vary for each performance. Please be sure to specifically request a wheelchair space when calling to purchase tickets.
Wheelchair patrons and one guest have the opportunity to purchase seating at regular prices for an event and occupy seats together at a number of locations throughout the main floor seating area.
Since wheelchair spaces are limited, additional group members are not guaranteed seating near the wheelchair patron but we will make an effort to accommodate groups according to availability.
Accessible parking is available in the surface lot located directly outside the main entrance.
The Polaris Centre does not provide wheelchairs to its patrons.
Service Dogs
Individuals are welcome to bring service dogs to the Polaris Centre.
Service dogs on duty should be recognized by a proper harness.
